A combination of gentle, low impact standing and floor exercises to great music. For mature men and women looking for a regular workout in a fun, safe and supportive environment. It will help you build muscle and bone strength, increase fitness and improve balance, mobility and flexibility. It is tailored to suit individual attendees and the small class allows for individual assistance. Please bring a mat for floor work.
