Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Please NOTE:  Beginners or Advanced Class times are provided below.. Options to practice Seated Tai chi also available.

Exercises to relax, release and let go! Here we engage in Qigong
exercises followed by Tai Chi, Yang style 37 form. In these classes
we endeavour to repair, strengthen and bring into balance our mind
and body. Whether you are a beginner or continuing your journey in
this ancient art form, all are welcome.

NEW OPTION : Seated Tai Chi – Movement Exercise using the ancient internal art form of Tai Chi, we endeavour to release and let go of tension by calmly moving through gentle exercises.  These will help the lymphatic system, circulate blood flow and massage our organs.  All whilst sitting in a chair.

TAI CHI – is said to relieve stress, arthritis, blood pressure and assist in the mobility of mind and body.  Aid blood circulation and muscle toning.  It is a relaxing form of an ancient Chinese exercise system involving gentle movements to all parts of the body.
