TAI CHI

TAI CHI – is said to relieve stress, arthritis, blood pressure and assist in the mobility of mind and body.  Aid blood circulation and muscle toning.  It is a relaxing form of an ancient Chinese exercise system involving gentle movements to all parts of the body.

NB Beginners will commence at 9:30am and the Continuing group will commence at 10:30am
