Exercises to relax, release and let go! Here we engage in Qigong
exercises followed by Tai Chi, Yang style 37 form. In these classes
we endeavour to repair, strengthen and bring into balance our mind
and body. Whether you are a beginner or continuing your journey in
this ancient art form, all are welcome.
TAI CHI – is said to relieve stress, arthritis, blood pressure and assist in the mobility of mind and body. Aid blood circulation and muscle toning. It is a relaxing form of an ancient Chinese exercise system involving gentle movements to all parts of the body.
