Sivananda Yoga – Beaconsfield Community Hall

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

             Resumes SEMESTER TWO 2021 

Sivananda Yoga – This is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative and spiritual core.   

Classes will consist of half an hour of physical postures followed by relaxation and meditation practice.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Bring a Yoga Mat.
