Welcome to the Twenties !!  Semester 1, 2020 did start, but unfortunately so too did the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Unfortunately classes are on hold due to physical distancing requirements during the current lockdowns.  So in the meantime, why not look through the new 2020 Programme and choose a class you might like to return to once things open up again Post lockdown?  We will keep you posted.  It could be a while, as your safety takes priority.

We look forward to seeing you all at another exciting semester of Tamar Valley U3A Classes in 2020. Check out the Talks and Coffee Mornings for 2020 also.

If you are new to the Tamar Valley or to U3A we hope to see you at a class soon. You will find our members and tutors are friendly, welcoming and glad to have your company.

FIND out about the:

Tamar Valley U3A provides a stimulating learning and social environment for senior members of our community.

The object of the Association is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and learning among those in retirement or semi retirement and other mature interested people, within the Tamar Valley community.

Tutors and office bearers provide their service free.  Our aim is to keep the costs as low as possible.  The annual membership fee is $40 and entitles you to attend most classes without additional cost.  However from time to time, a small additional cost may be incurred to cover costs of materials etc, depending on the course.  Classes offered depend on the availability of volunteer tutors.

Volunteers for existing and new areas of interest are always welcome.
